PhotoToMeme provides template references and personalized video generation on available templates. Preview-only templates do not accept photo uploads or payments.

Photos, video orders and email

When you generate a video, we store the photos and descriptions you submit, your email, order details, credit transactions and processing status. Your selected photos and template instructions are sent to Flova to generate and enhance your video. Cloudflare hosts the website, private media storage and order email delivery.

We email your order updates and download link. Order links grant access to that order, so keep them private. Email verification is used to access your existing credits and order history.

Payments

Stripe handles payment details on its hosted checkout. We store payment references and order amounts to credit your balance and provide support; card numbers are not stored in our application database.

Site usage

We use a random visit identifier in your browser’s session storage to understand page visits, template views and clicks. It refreshes after 30 minutes of inactivity. We store the public page path and referring website name, not the full referring URL. Private order links and admin pages are excluded from browser event tracking.

When you upload or order, the visit can be linked to the transaction so we can understand where an order stalled and improve delivery. Operational records also track payment, generation and download status. Limited technical identifiers help prevent repeated or automated submissions.

External video references

TikTok players load only after you choose to load them. Loading a player connects your browser to TikTok, whose privacy policy applies. Links to other websites open the original source.

Template requests

When you request a template, we store your idea, any reference link you choose to share, and your email if you provide one. Requests are visible only to the site team. Your optional email is used for updates about that request, not marketing.

Your requests and support

To ask about your data or request removal, contact evanhuangfu@gmail.com with your order or request number. We may need to verify ownership before changing private records. Some transaction records may need to be retained for accounting or dispute handling.
